Question / Help How to make OBS out of your screen region

I use an HD PVR to stream my video games, and since the game capture and window capture don't work, I have to Monitor capture and use sub region to only get my HD PVR window. I want to be able to edit the stream while the game is on, but OBS will always be in the screen and there is no option for me to make OBS disappear in the screen region. I use windows 8, so I can't even mess with capture layered windows to see if that would help. Can someone tell me how to have OBS not appear in my HD PVR's window?

I actually only know of StreamPrivacy (http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmes ... _id=225200) which also makes the Windows layered, so I am not sure if it will work under Win8.

That program does not work under Win8
