Question / Help How to make my setup universal?

Hello, i wanna record some online table top rpg that i play in discord with my friends, the configuration i made was i put a photo of each players caracthers and their discord voice below so the green circle would appear and everyone would know who is talking and in the right i put the discord rolls, but the problem is that i wont be able to record all of the videos so i wanted one of my friends to do it for me, but i wanted to create a global setting so i could share with the players

You could create a portable install of OBS Studio by using a ZIP archive (like this one for 64-bit Windows) and Portable Mode. Then, if you need any image/media resources, place them within the OBS portable installation folder in a top-level folder (a folder next to "bin", "config", "data", and "obs-plugins"). You can pass this install around on a USB stick or on a shared cloud folder. You might have to edit the image/media properties to select the right paths if they don't stay on the same drive letter or path between computers.

Not sure that this would address all of your needs, but it should be a starting point.
