Question / Help How to make custom sound effects & custom video clips?

Hi guys.

So i decided to start streaming and would like to enable my own personal sound effects to make the channel more fun etc for my viewers.

Is it possible to record your very own sound?
Is it possible to put in 10-secounds video clips when someone follows, subscripes, donates money or whatever?

If so, how?
