Question / Help How to make a stream load a few seconds ahead of time

I have been having issues lately when streaming. I get a connection drop every thirty seconds, download and upload, and it won't go away. I've had tech support for my ISP come out, put down a new line, new modem, etc, and it's still got the issue. I've given up wanting to fix that issue. I leave for Basic boot camp training in 4 months so it won't matter much anymore. I have ruled out it's a software issue because I've used shadowplay, OBS, and mirillis action to attempt streams and see if one worked and the other didn't, but they all gave the same issue, with shadowplay being slightly better because of it's variable bitrate streaming. I have made the assumption that it is definitely a connection issue because I have tried streaming directly wired to the modem, the router we use, on wifi, and through a powerline adapter. I have tested all of these on my desktop and my laptop. It's annoying yet nothing that is done from my ISP fixes the issue. They don't seem to understand the issue in its entirety so I don't think it will be fixed easily. My house has the option for fiber through our ISP which would mean a whole new line, fiber optic line, would need to be installed and could possibly be a fix, but I'll be leaving and my parents don't want to spend that money if they won't need it themselves.

Anyways. I have recently came up with an idea I have no idea if it's possible. I want to try and stream before I leave, but seeing as by being directly live it doesn't work so I wanted to see if there would be a way to stream live so I could interact, but have the stream be delayed slightly so I could have my stream load some time in advance so when my connection drops it's already been uploaded and I don't get any interruptions. If it's not possible then I understand but I thought I'd at least try and find out.
