How to make a Mono Mic have different output levels in L vs. R channel?

I'm recording gameplay with my voice coming from Focusrite Audio Interface. The mic is a mono source. In Obs - Advanced Audio Properties, I want to make it so that the sound is coming out of both L and R channels of my Mic, but with different levels that I can choose using the Balance (Pan) slider.

However it doesn't work.
1. If I check the Mono box, then I see same output levels in L and R channels of my Mic. Nothing changes if I pull the Balance slider.

2. If I uncheck the Mono box, I only see signal coming out of the top bar (Left). If I pull the balance slider all the way towards Left, I still see signals only from the top bar.

If I pull the balance slider to the right, I see no more signals from my Mic.

Can somebody help me?

Thanks!

If you what to make it possible from inside of OBS then you can try to look at the solution mentioned in (channel copy with the "rematrix" filter aka "gain" plugin):
