im been using FMLE for awhile, recently i change to OBS system for my live streaming project, i found out that some different is the output bit rate float is higher then the figure i set
example compare with FMLE and OBS output rate:
FMLE set 750kbps during live stream, output range stable at around 750-850kpbs
OBS set 750kbps during live stream , output range its 750-1200kbps, bigger than expected setting
any help or setting or trick to maintain stable OBS output rate ??
