How to live stream to Youtube in 2k or 4k video?

Hello, this might be a dumb question but I have been playing with OBS and even changed to a 4k monitor, but I still couldn't get 2k streamed video on youtube, not to mention 4k.. If I record the video first in OBS locally and then upload to youtube, after Youtube's HD processing, the video seems much better and crisp, but if I stream live, after YT's HD processing is done, the video quality seems no improvement at all, very blurry.. Not sure what I am missing here... Thanks in advance!

I think I started to figure out something, it seems to be the fact that I am using ultra low latency to stream.
