I capture vlc player asgame and stream movie with 5.1 sound but myself i use stereo mod with 2 channels. so 2 channells or 5.1 goes on stream?

2. and ihad chosen 320 kbps.why i stream in 160 audio?

when the audio mixer didnt show 6 bars you only stream 2 chanels
2 where you stream most stream servers didn send more than 160

Twitch doesn't support surround streaming.

It is very much not recommended to set OBS to surround if the service you're streaming to doesn't support it.

when you set it to 5.1 (surround) you will record the complete 5.1 (surround) audio stream but the most streming services didnt support 5.1

when the streaming service didnt support it you only have the front speakers in the stream but center and LFE are not in the stream so you have shitty sound.

and what about 160 320 twitch?

Twitch's audio bitrate limit is a hard 160

that is wrong (when did some random dudes on reddit became a credible source?), the quality options that get reencoded by twitch will use stereo 160kbit/s or for the lower quality options even lower kbit/s but the source option is not touched by twitch so streaming 5.1 or 7.1 works fine.
