Question / Help How to keep game video on while searching stuff on your PC?

I'm using ver 20.0.1 version (the latest one) of OBS studio to record my videos. My question is how can I keep recording video from the game and at the same time look for some website, app or whatever else on my PC. I have 2 monitors and the perfect solution would be if I could keep recording game footage that's displayed on my primary monitor, and on my secondary, search for whatever I need at this time. Now I record my game from my primary monitor and when I need to get something from my PC, I have to switch from the game to my desktop and from there search. I don't want that. I don't want for people to see what I have on my desktop. So is there a way to achieve that? Keep recording game footage while searching for something?

Don't use display capture. Run the game in borderless mode and hope it's written in such a way that it both keeps rendering at full speed and doesn't minimize itself when the window loses focus.

I'm using as a source"video capture device" as I have capture card. So do I need to change the source?

What purpose does the capture card serve? Are you playing something that OBS can't otherwise capture? There is no way have the capture card capture specific windows or applications, it gets the same signal that goes to the monitor. You can either run your game in borderless mode and hope it doesn't minimize while you do your searches on the second monitor, or drop the capture card and use an OBS source like window capture or game capture.
