Here is log, there is no problem with capturing form the game, but i heard that Dxtory is better, but now idk what is better

your cpu is limiting your stream.. downscale to 1120x700 and put the fps at 25 and use game capture rather than dxtory.

to grab the game you will have to alt tab out when a game starts and on obs add game capture and select the game window ( not the lol client).

also you might wanna use the latest beta from download page.

edit:disable aero when using software capture (monitor capture) there is a compatibility issue on windows 7..

When you use monitor capture with fullscreen games you will have issues like that. You will need to use windowed or fullscreen-windowed mode.

hmm, are you sure it's actually game capture not software capture (window) ? i would just close dxtory and restart the game.. otherwise vsync on game options will fix this issue.

Monitor capture is super slow with aero enabled on windows 7/vista. You can disable it but it's still the poorest capture method generally, but if you're streaming LoL it's the easiest to use and isn't too bad I suppose. If possible though, you want to try to use window capture or game capture if at all possible. I would also love to know who told you that dxtory is better than game capture because that would be bunk, game capture is significantly faster. May not always be perfectly stable but it's definitely significantly faster.
