Grapich card: AMD Radeon 7870
HDD 7200 rpm sata 3 1T ( and lol inslled in SSD 120Gb )

Mi inet conexion =

10,32Mb of down and 800Kb of upload

I can stream at FullHD with out problems of Lag in game and 720 with the same quality... but i can't improve the pixelation/blurr

Please don't unnecessarily bump your thread. It has only been a few hours since your first post. Have some patience.

If you have a really low upload such as that, you're not going to have a non-blurry video. There are some things you can do to reduce the blur, though: Downscale to 480p and reduce frame rate to 25fps, for starters. You can also try changing your preset to faster or even fast if your CPU can handle it. Also, enable CBR to reduce the risk of spiking over your max upload speed.

The best way to improve your picture quality is to upgrade your internet to get a faster upload speed.

I'm sorry fo the bump.
My computer can with the full preset...
I was testing with 460, 500 and 600 , with 460 and 500 i don't have blur but the definition it's so bad, with 600 i have a little of definition but there start the blur... arggg i hate the spanish conexion is the worst T__T

Also run a 6MB test at http://testmy.net/upload to get an idea of how much throughput you actually have available.

:::.. Upload Speed Test Result Details ..:::
Upload Connection Speed:: 737 Kbps or 0.7 Mbps
Upload Speed Test Size:: 6 MB or 6144 kB or 6291456 bytes
Upload Binary File Transfer Speed:: 92 kB/s

1MB Upload in 11.13 Seconds - 1GB Upload in ~3 Hours - 13X faster than 56K

Yeah, you definitely don't have the throughput to be streaming 1080p@30fps. You'll need to set your bitrate to 500, enable CBR, and downscale to 360p or below. Might be able to set bitrate to 600 if you aren't playing any online multiplayer games. May also want to drop to 20fps to get better image quality. Really need a better upload speed; is there a better ISP around that you could switch to?

Also, you're using Monitor Capture, which is causing lagged frames... Monitor Capture should only be used as a last-resort. Delete it from your scene and use Game or Window Capture (with Aero enabled) instead.

Thanks for all! :D

It's a trial and error thing. I'd still go with CBR and downscale heavily to 360p or below as you (frankly) have next to no upload available. It looks like crap (blurry, etc) because you do not have the bitrate to cast a high-res stream. Downscaling will help it be watchable at least.
