Deeply Appreciate for any valuable advice

I try to stream CS:GO but the quality isn't as clear and laggy as well

Speed as follows D.L. 95MB/U.L.10MB (attached Pic)

What can I do to improve my stream?

Intel® Core™ i7-4790K Processor
Asus GTX980Ti
Kingston HyperX fury 16Gb

I see in your logs you stream at 900kbps...

That is why the quality is bad.

Try this: 720p, 30fps(Why are you doing 20!?!?!) and set the bit rate to 2000kbps.
