So lately I have found out something regarding Audio quality when recording.
Normally I set up OBS with certain Mic Filters.
Noise Suppression -60 to remove white noise.
Noise Gate as is, I have to add this after Suppression to make the next one work.
Gain, I have used a setting of 4 but it sometimes cuts out parts of my audio. If I use 2, sometimes my voice comes out too low in parts.
I seem to have a low voice that I cannot record my normal voice level without adjustment and I am not an Audio expert. Either I get everything with parts too low or I improve the quality but parts completely cut out based on Gain setting.
Now recently I made a recording within a game after adjusting the in game Recording Level, it was defaulted at 0 dB but I tried tweaking it and found 16 dB does very well improving my voice recording throughout the whole video in addition to the OBS settings listed.
My problem is recording in other programs or Display Capture where I will not have this game Recording Level to enhance my voice Audio as I need it.
Is there anything in OBS I can tweak and try to improve Audio Quality besides the three listed above.
