Question / Help How to I start streaming?

Hello OBS community. I just downloaded OBS and I am having problems streaming. I went into the settings and configured that for twitch. I noticed that it only offers a server for the united states and not Canada. When ever I press the "Start streaming button" it says: " that it couldn't initialize directx 10 on the intel chipset. I've checked and i have direct x 11, do I need to get direct x 10 instead? Or does direct x 11 work for OBS too? I've also made sure my video card drivers are up to date and I've made sure the platform update is installed since I'm running windows vista. What do I do? Help :(
 
If you get an error that says "Could not initialize DirectX 10 on [your GPU]", then your graphics card does not have sufficient support for DirectX 10. It does not matter if you have newer versions of DirectX software installed; your hardware does not support the necessary features.
