Question / Help How to hear audio from OBS before stream?

Hi everyone!

I have to syncronize delay between microphone, webcam and Elgato and Game Capture HD60 so I have to hear audio from every audio sources in OBS before starting streaming. I can do this on OBS Classic with DirectShow Audio Source but I don't found this function in OBS Studio.

What can I do?

Right now, you don't in studio. That's slated for version 18.

Oh, how I can fix delay on Studio without hear audio? And are there any ETA for version 18? Thanks.

have you tried unticking any date time stamps setting? usually they are in the properties of each audio bar in the Mixer. If you disabled/unticked desktop & mic date timestamps( elgato shouldnt have that setting ), it should fix any delay between you mic, destop & elgato gamecapture.

I have tried but I have to set correct delay and it is difficult without listen to audio sources.

I have done it by recording the video and importing into a video editor and counting the number of frames. You can then multiply based on your frame rate and get the correct number of milliseconds to delay the video/audio. It's not elegant, but it's accurate.
