How to have different events? Scenes?

Hi. I am trying to figure out what is the correct way to set up 2 different events. I'll try to explain.
I am going to live stream some recitals for one school and then later in the week live stream some recitals for a different school. I am going to embed code on their webpages so the parents can watch on the streaming video player on each prospective schools web page. I am using Dacast and OBS with my camera connected via Black Magic Web Presenter.
So what I am trying to do ahead of time is set up the live stream video player on each schools website so it will be ready for the events. I want an easy way to have my OBS setup for each "project/school". Do I set up each school as thier own "scene" in the lower left of the OBS screen? Or just as a different "source"? Or how do I do it? Each school would have it's own embed code I assume to because they don't want to see each others recitals.

With OBS, you stream scenes. Scenes are built (composited) from one or more sources.
Prepare one scene for the first school.

After this, how should the scene for the second school look like? Do you want a different layout, perhaps a different background image or banner texts? If yes, create a second scene for the second school and prepare it accordingly. But if it should look exactly like the scene for the first school, you don't need a second scene, you just use THE scene.

Now for the streaming destination. You create different events for both at the streaming service, so you probably get two different stream keys for the two events.
To avoid changing stream keys back and forth in OBS, you can create different profiles for the different stream keys (Menu "Profile"). In one profile, you configure one key and in the other profile you configure the other key.
