Question / Help How to go below 10fps

Hi everyone, only new to the forum :)
I have been doing many google searches but came up with nothing so thought i would ask here. I was wanting to run a 24/7 live stream, but i only want about 1-2fps, is there a way to get obs to stream that low, been looking through all the settings but havent seen anything to go under 10 ( or i am just blind lol )

In the video tab, change "common FPS values" to "fractional", and then change the higher value to the framerate you want.
