Question / Help How to get two instances of OBS to record simultaneously?

So my setup is I have one OBS setup to record my webcam, and another to record my gameplay. Both record beautifully, but the problem is one always starts a second or so after the other, and I would like both to start at the same time. Its not really a problem... but I'm just wondering is this something I can fix within the settings of OBS or is this just a post-production editing fix? Both OBS are linked with the same start/stop recording hotkeys and are handled by the same computer.

you cant get 2 processes in sync its not possible
the only workaround i know is make the base resolution bigger
so the webcam can fit next to your game then slice the video after recording

Another way would be to use an NDI setup:

System #1 as an NDI client that runs the webcam
System #2 as an NDI client that captures game play.
System #3 as an NDI server that merges the two NDI client sources into one scene
