Alright so I did a few testes tried 720p 60fps at 3000bit but it still get pixelated. I also tried 540p 60fps at 2000 bit but for some reason i cant stand 540p just to blurry looking and text is unreadable. Sure its nice cause more people can watch you but the quality is prettty crappy to me. Personally i think 720p is a must its the minimum.
So i decided on 720p at 45fps at 2800bit and its pretty good, better looking then 540p and i think 45fps is enough still looks pretty smooth. But 720p at 45 and 2800 I still get some pixelation, im running very fast preset and lanchos filtering.
Im wondering what bit rate would i need to make the 720@45 look nice I was thinking about upping it to 3000 but I dont want to go above that.
What is the right way to calculate the needed bit rate?
