I installed "VCam.AI" to remove the background from my camera feed, and created it as a Camera Source in OBS. It seems to be working correctly in my scene, but each time I stream, I have to manually run VCam, and quit the program after I'm done streaming, unless I want to leave it running idle.
I saw that there is a "Start Virtual Camera" button that I was hoping would run and quit the program from the OBS interface, but it does not seem to do anything. Does this button simply not interact with 3rd party VCam software? Or should it be working, and there is some configuration I've missed?
I've opened OBS in administrator mode, and also tried the batch scripts to uninstall and reinstall virtual camera, whatever that does.
Steps I followed:
1. open OBS.
2. create source for Video Capture with the VCam program (which is works correctly if already running or manually started).
2. press "start virtual camera". it says it's started but doesn't actually run the program.
Thanks!
