Question / Help How to get annotation toolbar back

I started using OBS on Ubuntu a week ago, and at first the annotation toolbar appeared above a scene. Now I can't get the toolbar to appear. I want to be able to use the mouse or drawing tablet to draw annotations on pdf file pages I'm live streaming. Thanks for any pointers.
 
Aren't you talking about the [PDF] Document Viewer annotation feature that has nothing to do with OBS?
Click the Pencil toggle button in the header of the PDF viewer to get the annotations toolbar.
