I made the switch to obs studio and realizing I cant run obs studio with OBS open, I went to add or remove programs. I removed it with obs still open but now it seems like its still open and I can't uninstall. When I try to use obs studio it says I have another streaming broadcast open. I tried to reinstall it and it still says it's installed and there's no file I can find, the only thing I can think of is factory resetting my pc.
