How To Full Remove Killer Nic

I am trouble shooting a problem with my upload speed that happens only when im streaming leading to dropped frames. I narrowed it down to ONLY on my streaming PC other devices dont have upload speed issues at the same time. In my OBS logs its always mentioning removing killer NIC but ive run through the steps listed, turned off the sevices and still it mentions it in the logs. How do I go about completely removing anything that OBS would report as the killer nic software to rule this out as an issue

Ive done that but it keeps showing up in the logs. Is that expected since I have killer NIC or is it still finding something

Until and unless you physically replace the hardware, the warning will continue to show in log analysis if you're streaming
