Question / Help How to fix "Starting the output failed" error in OBS?

I have a NVIDIA NVENC H. 264 encoder for OBS and whenever I click "Start Recording", I get an error saying:
"Starting the output failed. Please check logs for details.
Note: IF you are using NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."
Here is my logs
And my drivers are up to date, I checked.
 
Update your GPU driver. Your installed version is 384.76, while the current driver from Nvidia is 445.87 or even newer. Whatever you use to check the driver version isn't working. Always check with the nvidia driver download page which driver is available.

ok I will, but how do I update the GPU driver (i am kind of new to these types of things)
