Question / Help How to fix pixelation?

I've stream and get pixelation with h.264 (PUBG Stream)

Setting OBS : H264 nvech , High quaility , Key 2 , profile main , level auto
Downscale to 1600x900 , bitrate 5000 , fps 30

PC Spec : i5 6500 , gtx 1070

Things that will reduce encoding-pixelation:
- less resolution
- more bitrate
- x264 instead of NVENC (on an unoptimized and CPU intense Game like PUBG, this could be stressful for your i5)

I would reduce resolution to 720p and try x264 very fast instead of NVENC.
The less moving pixels, the better the quality. So if you got a lot of animated/moving overlays, you could turn them off and reduce ingame details.
