I check many guides and many videos. I set it up as it should be and I still have pixels on stream

You have game, window and monitor capture all in one scene, consuming alot of ressources. And you use h264 software encoder.
Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene.
Read on in the forum here, please. There are lot of hints regarding such issues.

Did you a Direct wired conection to the router or did you use WIFI ? or POWERLAN ?

dont use this three on one scene best is make a scene per game and use advanced scene switcher to start the scene when you start the game so you have evertime the best settings for and game and use a game background image so when the game crash you desktop will never show
you habe an Nvidia card with NVENC use envenc encoder

Select your Area like europe
make a test
now only select the best servers
and on the right
select Test duration 5 minutes
look is the connection stable
its the best way to check your bandwitch and ISP problems
