How to fix Output resolution in Screen Recording.

Hello,
I am a teacher and I am facing a serious problem that when i record my class using obs and upload it on YouTube then my students get only 360p and 1440 or 144p and 1080 even I have set my output to 8000 for video and 60FPS and 320 kbps for audio. I want all resolution like 144, 240, 360, 720, ,1080 (60FPS) and 1440. Please anyone suggest me how to fix this problem.

After an upload, Youtube will recode every video and create all the different resolutions. First is lowest resolution, and later the higher resolutions are added up to the original upload resolution. After a few hours at the latest every resolution is available. The only thing you can do is waiting.
Don't immediately publish an upload. Instead, keep it private and publish when all resolutions became available.
