Hello.

It seems i am too dumb. I read a few Threads, tried VAC but i just don't get it!

Can someone give me a REALLY detailed guide so viewers only hear Game sound + me? If i need extra software please one with an easy GUI. Ihave a TS 3 server if someone wants to explain since i have a strong muscle disease i can't type too much.

Thanks in advance!

Yea there is unfortunately not a real easy way to do it. My guide explains it in text and video form though and most people can get it to work that way. In your case you normally just need one VB-Cable or Virtual Audio Cable, if you bought the software, and set it as the default windows playback device.
In Teamspeak you make sure it instead uses your onboard soundcard (often called Speakers or sometimes Headset) and in OBS you make sure it records the VB-Cable/VAC line. Last but not least you get into the windows recording settings, open the properties of your vb-cable/vac line and go to the "Listen" tab, activate listen to this device and select your onboard soundcard in the dropdown (again it could be called Speakers or Headset). Thats it, OBS will not record TS3 anymore, but you will still hear it and your desktop sound.

The difficulty also depends on the game you want to record. In some games, it is possible to select the audio device explicitly.
If your game has this option, you don't need to change the default windows playback device. You install VB-Cable and output the game sound to the VB-Cable device with the game options. Then configure this VB-Cable device as desktop audio device in OBS. This way, only the game sound is recorded by OBS. And you never have anything else in your recording like desktop sounds or your media player.
If you additionally want your microphone in the recording, configure it as Mic Audio device in OBS.

To hear the game sound out of your speakers as well, open the properties of your vb-cable and go to the "Listen" tab, activate "Listen to this device" and select the standard device or your speaker device explicitly.

This way it's not necessary to reconfigure any other application like Teamspeak.
But all this is only possible if your game has the option to select the output audio device in the game options. If your game only and always outputs to the default windows playback device, you have to do what Jack0r wrote.

An easier way to do this would be to get an audio mixing desk which are really easy to use. This way you can control every channel of audio that goes to your stream. I use one and it is awesome!

Wow thank you all!

Jack0rs and koalas posts together finally made me understand!

RoadbyHD it works now but an audio mixing desk is hardware right? If yes then sadly not for me, i do 95% of everything with mouse due my movement restrictions. Or is there a software solution?

Edt: I donated for VB-Cable so i have a default one + A and B so.
