Question / Help How to EXCLUDE chosen Audio from my stream???

Hello!
First: Sorry for the bad Englisch ^^

My question is how to exclude different audio signals from my stream but I still want to hear it like Teamspeak.
I need this cause in Germany streaming music for exmaple is not allowed (somebody knows GEMA??? -.-).
And I dont want to ask everytime I'm on my Guild Wars 2 Open Teamspeak around 50 ppl+ if its okay to stream his voice :S

I found another tutorial in the forum buts that the other way around.
