Question / Help how to enable compatibility mode in windows 8

I have to use the monitor capture as I only use it for streaming artworksy stuff on Picarto : I
so there is no game.

the only other thread about this that I found ... was something and the person ended up telling im to use game capture so that did not help as I don't really play a game in this case.

Can't you capture it as a window(Window Capture), or you are only able to use that software in fullscreen?

On windows 8 you can't use it for monitor capture. Only available for window capture there. Monitor capture for windows 8 already has the same thing essentially built in, only faster. Really is only meant for switchable graphics laptops (mostly just AMDs at that)
