How to define a color to have a transparent color for one capture device

Hi!

I'd like to use OBS as a source for creating animated films; having one device as background and another on top with a transparent background.
I have seen that it is possible to have an image as background (using Chroma key on the top layer ??).
But, I do not find how to define the Chroma key.

Thanks for your

OBS is overlaying sources on top of each other. It first paints the bottommost source, then the next source on top of that, and so on. So move your background source to the bottom and the other sources on top of it. The transparent parts of these sources will be filled by non transparent parts of sources below them.

If you need to remove an unwanted background from an existing source to make it transparent, right-click the source->Filters and add the chroma key filter (or color key filter, or luma key filter - depends on the nature of the background).
The chroma key filter filters by color, regardless of brightness. Good for green screens. The color key filter filters by exact color, brightness must match as well. Good for images with a single uniform background color. Luma key filters by brightness and ignores color.
