OBS is crashing when doing these steps.
1) Configure local recording (file output only). You need to start and stop recording with a hotkey (I use ctrl-alt-numpad7)
2) Start a recording, record a few seconds, stop recording
3) Playback that recording, but leave the player open
4) Try to record again, OBS will tell you "Unable to create the file output stream"
5) Ignore the message, and try to record again (with hotkey), you will receive another window on top of the one on step4
6) You just crashed OBS :)
Happens to me all the time as a record a lot local and sometimes I forget to close the media player :)
