Question / Help How to convert OBS video Files

I recently downloaded OBS and I recorded Battlefield Hardline (Yes I put the command in) and I can't open or play any of them because they are OBS Files apparently, I didn't watch or save any replays except for one and the screen is black after about 2 seconds but I can hear everything. Any idea on how to help?

MP4 or FLV. both can be viewed with VLC player unless you set your keyframe interval to 0, then not much will work.

All I can do is see the first few frames then it freezes but I hear audio
