Question / Help How to convert 4K to 1080p

I play at 4K but want to record at 1080p. The way I have it set up, whenever I watch it back, it only takes up part of the screen. How do I make it record to full screen?

Set your base resolution to 3840x2160 and downscale to 2.00 (1920x1080). Click the Edit Scene button and arrange your scene elements for the new base resolution's size. If your game's source doesn't fit, select it and press Ctrl+F.
