Question / Help How to configure my OBS with this config??

Hello;

First of all i want you to excuse me for my bad english :p

So, i create this topic to ask some help, i want to stream when i'm playing games so can you please tell me the BEST configuration i can do with this:

My PC:

Intel Core i7 3770K Unlocked Quad Core Hyperthreading Processor LGA1155 3.5GHZ
Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 OC 1000MHZ 3.0GB
Kingston HyperX Blu Black Series 16GB 2X8GB DDR3-1600

i think that it's all what you need to know about my internet/PC

PS: I want to stream on full hd with the best quality i can do.

thx for your answer dodgepong but i used it yet. the problem is that, i'm not really convinced by the reselut here is:

CPU Advice

Set FPS to 30 ---> i go for 60
Consider setting FPS to 60 if you have spare CPU power for improved quality

Game Advice

Set quality to 6 or 7 -----> not convinced, why not 10?
Lowering your quality will improve areas of fast motion -----> really??
Use game capture if possible for maximum performance.
Use window capture with Aero enabled if game capture is unavailable.

Network Advice

Your upload speed is sufficient for 720p / 1080p
Recommended max bitrate: 4000
Recommended buffer size: 4000

Don't bother with the Quality balance setting, just use CBR (which doesn't use Quality balance). It will be a better experience for your viewers.

full 1080p60 is a bad idea...it's hard on your system and most people can't watch it because Flash craps out. I would either do 720p60 or 1080p30...pick one.
