Question / Help How to change the video file type?

Sorry, I only just downloaded the program, and I can't use .flv files in Premiere Pro. I was wondering how to change it to a different file type so I can actually edit the video and upload it?

I know its a stupid question, but it would be great to know. Thanks.
 
Hey KicksBrickster,

you just have to change the "flv" behind the Save Destination to "mp4" or something.
