Change the filename. You can record to FLV or MP4.
That said, recording in MP4 is a VERY bad idea. It's an extremely fragile container format, and if you crash or glitch, your recording will be a pile of non-recoverable digital garbage, due to how the format is designed.
With FLV you will only lose the last few seconds.
You can fast-remux to MP4 after recording if you are using software that doesn't support FLV for editing
