Question / Help How to Capture Output to 2nd Monitor?

I use OBS to record conference presentations. Usually this works fine as I just use display capture and that captures the screen. But, now more and more people like to use the presenter view with powerpoint. This shows one screen to the presenter and another screen to people in the audience. I was wondering if there is a way in OBS studio to just capture the display screen show to the audience? Basically, skip what is on the primary monitor and just capture what is displayed on a second monitor.

I have tried all sorts of combinations of screen capture e.g. game, window, display capture and searched throughout the forum to see if anyone else has tried something similar with no luck,

Is this even possible?

A display capture source can be set to capture any monitor connected to the same GPU OBS is running on.

Thank you for the response Sapiens. It inspired me to do some searches around GPU and PowerPoint, which led me to a solution. In case anyone is wondering how to do this- you need to set your display to extend, not duplicate. Most computers default to duplicate and the presenter view in PowerPoint temporarily changes this to extended view but OBS will not pick this up if it is already open.

Make sure OBS is off.
Change display settings to extend.
Open OBS and there will now be an option on display mode to capture a second monitor.

How do you "turn OBS off"? I haven't been able to figure out how to record both screens. Can anyone provide a link. I don't see the settings mentioned from March 4, 2017 post. Thank you!
