Question / Help how to bring logitech c920 cam settings on win 7 ?

Hi, How to bring my logitech c920 setting window if Im not using obs on win7? (to tweak my cam settings while using another capture softwares)
I dont want to use logitech original software, it sucks! Is there a way to bring this window from windows 7 itself?
