How to Auto start recording

This is what I'm attempting to accomplish

My father will be using obs ninja from his iPhone at another location then me.

I will be recording that stream at home with obs.

These events will be at random times and I won't always be home to manually start recording the stream. What I'm looking to is have obs open on my PC 24/7 and once his stream becomes active in my obs I need obs to start to record automatically and end recording once the stream is no longer active. This will be the only source in my obs

Is this at all possible?
