How to add VLC media source in OBS

I am using Version 27.2.4 and I want to know how to add VLC Media Source in the OBS.

If you installed VLC then just click the + in the bottom left of the Source's box Select VLC source

Another trick is to use NDI to send the audio and video into OBS from VLC. then you have finer control over playback, if needed. Not needed for some but a cool trick we use.
