You need to issue a Pull Request through the OBS GitHub project, and edit the appropriate file containing the streaming service listings with all the relevant data. There are a few PRs still on the list that you can use as examples, if needed.
Please note that unless your service is very high-profile and of-note at present, it should be added under the 'other streaming services' rollup to maximize the chances of your PR being accepted without issue.
