Question / Help How to add a video notification on stream?

Hey, does anyone know where you can obtain on of these notifications that pop up on stream?

I've seen other youtube channels use this as well and im curious as to where to get one of these.

update, i found that you add it via CLR browser through html now does anyone know where that specific alert is from? I am willing to pay for that exact one.

Why not Twitch PM or Twitter message that streamer, and ask them?

They are a very big streamer so i doubt they will reply to me

I think it's just a picture with a transparent background. And then he uses it via slideshow^^
