How to add a scoreboard to a livestream?

Sorry…I can’t find any information in how to do this? We are streaming with OBS using a HUDL camera (that is not working properly, but I digress). I just need to be able to add a basketball scoreboard.

There are a number of programs that can produce a scoreboard in OBS, it all depends on the sport and the complexity you are looking for. I "made" a cheap one using text files (home score, away score, and teams, plus a couple of batch files) that are updated from Touch Portal and a simple Colour Source added to the scene with the text overlaying the colour source. For my case I also added a "timer" which is actually a video file rather than a real timer, as I said cheap.
