Question / Help How to achieve best quality at 1100kb/s, 480/720p (CS:GO)

Hi, is there anything at my settings that i could raise to get better quality at my stream? If any of you guys stream with 1100 bitrate could you share your settings and link to twitch vod?

Computer:
i5 2500k @ 4.5GHz
8gb 1333mhz DDR3
HD 7970

OBS Settings:
Bitrate: 1100/1100
Quality: 6
Stream resolution: 852x480 (playing on 1024x768 OR 1280x800)
FPS: 30
Audio: AAC 48 bitrate
x264 preset: veryfast

Anything i could do for better quality? I've tried streaming at 720p and with that bitrate it gets pixelated :{. Also while streaming i have such a good fps (300+)

if you're playing on 1024x768 you should also stream on it. 1100kbps should be fine

leave the quality at 6 pick the preset faster raise aac audio to at least 64kbps

With that CPU, a downscale to 852x480 should allow you to also lower the preset, especially if you're doing 30fps.

...and increase the Quality setting, that CPU should handle a lower preset, such as Faster, without a problem at that resolution.
