How much does the NVIDIA Settings affect OBS output / stream?

So, I have a 2 PC streaming set up. I was going to test this; but thought it maybe a waste of time. Was going to set the streaming PC nvidia in highest possible quality and then follow it with highest possible performance.

Do those settings affect the stream quality in anyway?

What affects stream rendering?
