Question / Help How much buffering does the Elgato HD need?

Title pretty much explains it. I noticed that this is need for the stream to stay in sync but its not set by default.

Is it a by computer basis or is there a good number to start with?

Also if anyone has any tips for getting the most out of LiveStreaming with a Elgato HD be sure to post them here. I would love to read what others do. Thanks
