Question / Help How much bandwidth does streaming use?

Just wondering, lets say...on average, streaming for around 5 hours a day. How much will that be in a month? Just curious.

EDIT: apologies, not WATCHING stream, but actually streaming to twitch.tv

depending on your bitrate lets say you stream with 2000k bitrate that would be 2Mbps (thats for each second you are streaming)

Well , lets say high quality, which is something like, what, 720p?

That doesn't matter, all that matters is bitrate.

Sorry but I am not so knowledgeable in this area. Basically higher bitrate = better quality, but also more bandwidth consumed?

Could someone tell me what the bitrate will be for:

360p
480p
720p
1080p

Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center click the local area connection or it wifi the wifi
it should bring up a window and tell you bytes sent and revived

for example ive sent 12,698,715,000 bytes /1024 = mb mb /1024 = gb
on 4days 7 hours
ive sent 12110 gb worth of data
