I would post a video when I pause on my stream, for that I add a new scene with just the video.
But the problem is that if I want to talk on skype, you hear my friends on the video.
Is it possible to isolate the sound of skype and not distribute or is it possible to replace the stream a video?

I think that is not yet possible for OBS to stream only the audio from the video source, cause the audio who goes through the stream is the entire audio coming out from your board. A developer maybe can talk about if that will be possible on the remade.

Its possible with external software (Virtual Audio Cable) and/or external hardware (mixer). If you really need it and can spend some money - i can tell you how to set it up. But this can be pretty expensive, specially the hardware part.

You can simply use VB-Cable which is a free alternative to VAC.

Set your video player to output to this VB-Cable and use the DShow Audio Plugin to add the VB-Cable sound to each scene in OBS you want it on. You set it to output to stream only and can mute desktop/microphone sound in OBS for this scene. (Use the Per-Scene-Volume Plugin) So in the final scene only the video and the sound from the video will be active.

Oh, totally forgot, alternatively use the Video Source Plugin, but I would have to check the audio options of that again.
