Question / Help How is my CPU able to stream 1080p 60fps ?

All I have is an i5 3230m yet I can stream from my HD PVR 2 at high stream settings that are supposed to be reserved for godzilla cpus. Has OBS been upgraded?

Ye you can stream 1080P 60fps but only at the extremely fast preset and with minecraft like stream quality.
